Just Okay, Some Issues

The location was fine, close to trams.
I did not like that it was too hot inside. There were no fans provided even though the description said there was supposed to be. The hotel owner was unhelpful and seemed unprepared . It's a terrible experience.

wonderful houseboat stay!

This houseboat had air conditioning, very helpful during a warm stay. the location was excellent. I could walk to many places and easily access public transportation. the houseboat had two separate bedroomswith ample privacy for our group. i especially liked the video walkthrough for using the heating system (it was very clear!).
I found one minor issue. The bathroom radiator did not seem to be fully functional, though it didn't significantly impact my stay.

there are many cafes across the canal that are easily accessible. i found a supermarket just a short, five-minute walk away from the houseboat. this made it convenient to get supplies and snacks.

the houseboat provided a hairdryer plus towels for our use. the inclusion of tea and coffee made mornings easier. i found the space much larger than expected (a pleasant surprise!).

the self-check-in process was simple, and communication with the host was quick. he was responsive to my questions and provided assistance efficiently. everything went very smoothly from start to finish.

The location was wonderful. the beds were comfortable (i slept like a baby!). i loved the view of the water. It was so fun to watch the boats go by.
the key box was a little difficult to open.
